I AM NOT A VILLAGE is a DANCE FILM interacting with live events
Live-Dance-Film (LDF) filming improvisation and choreography in public

Throughout April I AM NOT A VILLAGE will be in Residency at Yinka Shonibare’s Guest Projects space in Hackney. We will shoot 4 scenes and have a variety of other Workshops and Events

We need Production assistants for our events (Bar and Door)
& Community Café/ Make Space

This is a Voluntary position but you will be fed and watered well and have free access to other Workshops and Events

Sat 7th 6-11.30pm: Global on-line dinner party & Photo exhibition Opening

Sat 14th 10-4pm: Community Cafe

Sat 14th 6-11.30pm: Creative conversation dinner: Arts & Activism after Grenfell

Sat 14th 10-4pm: Community Cafe

Sun 22nd 5-9.30pm: City Rites: Performance event

Thur 26th 6-11.30pm: Creative conversation dinner: Dance- City-Films

Sat 28th 10-4pm: Community Cafe

Sat 28th 6-11.30pm: Closing Event
